EASY TO OPERATE:

  • The control system is easy to learn and operate for both beginners and experienced conventional die-sinking operations.
  • User-friendly programmable z-axis EDM machine.
  • After supplying the basic data of desired depth and starting sparking amperage, it can make further machining sequences automatically from roughing to fine finishing.
  • It provides maximum flexibility during machining, further refinements on sparking conditions can be made instantaneously without stopping the operation.

POWERFUL CONTROL SYSTEM:

  1. 3-axis digital readout with fine resolution permits accurate setup.
  2. Inch or metric selection.
  3. Reference function allows preset values to be entered along z-axis for z depth control.
  4. Edge finding establishes the center line reference point.
  5. Automatic computation of the center point with two given edges.
  6.  Built-in automatic anti-arc protection for optimal performance.
  7. Automatic electrode wear compensation for desired erosion depth.
  8.  A correction value can be entered for the erosion depth after the final depth setting is reached, which spares the operator from tedious calculations.
  9. Two-speed servo is numerically controlled, reducing non-machining time.
  10. Maximum 10 positions preset on z-axis for z depth trigger stop.
  11. Sparking conditions change automatically along the preset trigger points to activate programmable machining from roughing to finishing.  There are 40 sets of built-in sequential programs in memory.
  12. There are up to 99 sets of sparking conditions built-in and each can be edited at any time during machining.
